  Responsibilities:
  --- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
  --- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  --- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses.
  --- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
  --- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
  --- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to standards of practice.
  Qualifications:
  --- Current and clear RN license
  --- BSN preferred.
  --- 2+ years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
  --- BLS certification required; ACLS may be needed.
  --- Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
