Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
--- 24 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license in hand at the time
of application.
--- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility
in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this
role.
--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and
medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Information:
BLS must be AHA.
Shift Notes: On Two, off Two, on Three and then flip for the next
week (36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
Nursing Home experience - preferred
Geriatric Experience- Required
Certifications are required to be included at time of
submission.
