RN Supervisor SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $7,500 SHIFT: Evening, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm BENEFITS: Weekly Paychecks Shift Differentials Referral Bonuses Peer Mentorship Generous Paid Time Off JOB DESCRIPTION: The Nursing Supervisor promotes patient health by overseeing the day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area, which includes monitoring departmental staff nursing activities and educational programs to ensure that all policies, procedures, standards, and regulations are adhered to. This position collaborates with physicians and other medical practitioners to provide physical and emotional support to patients and their family members.
