Required Qualifications
ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification
(NMTC)
Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
