Bachelor's degree in psychology,
sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology
or anthropology plus one (1) year of experience in a CASSP system
program. ORTwelve (12) college level semester hours in humanities
or social services plus one (1) year of experience in a CASSP
system program and be enrolled for certification by the
Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health
family-based worker. ORLicensed RN plus have one (1) year of
experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for
certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH) as
a mental health family-based worker.Act 33/34 and Fingerprint
clearance prior to hire.In compliance with federal law, all
employees must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
Applicants will need to provide proof of vaccination or those
seeking exemption due to a medical condition supported by medical
documentation or a sincerely held religious belief may submit a
request for exemption to Human Resources prior to hire.Current
driver's license and insurance coverage.Safety Care Training to

Description:Full-time position (37.5 hours) offering exciting
opportunities to make lasting changes in the lives of families and
children in Crawford county. - Family Based Therapists work to
strengthen family relationships through guided therapeutic
intervention and serve as advocates for the children and
adolescents they work with. - Family Based Mental Health work
offers the opportunity to receive specialized training in
Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and the experience of
collaborating within many social service systems. - The Family
Based Therapist works with a partner co-therapist and receives
ample support and supervision from their management team.***$3,000
Bonus offered with a one-year commitment***Eligible for $3,000
Bonus payout as follows: - $2,000 at time of hire, -$500 after
completion of 60 days, and $500 after 90 days probationary
