Job Description:
Achievement Center of LECOM Health Family Based Mental Health
Worker / $0.0-$0.0 per hour / Meadville, PA Must Haves: Bachelors
degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing,
rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology plus one (1) year
of experience in a CASSP system program. OR Twelve (12) college
level semester hours in humanities or social services plus one (1)
year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for
certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH) as
a mental health family-based worker. OR Licensed RN plus have one
(1) year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled
for certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH)
as a mental health family-based worker. Act 33/34 and Fingerprint
clearance prior to hire. In compliance with federal law, all
employees must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
Applicants will need to provide proof of vaccination or those
seeking exemption due to a medical condition supported by medical
documentation or a sincerely held religious belief may submit a
request for exemption to Human Resources prior to hire. Current
driver's license and insurance coverage. Safety Care Training to
provide "hands off" crisis de-escalation within 30 days of hire
Must be able to work "on-call" rotation and be willing to work
evenings and weekends if necessary to meet family's needs.

child's life. Job Description: Full-time position (37.5 hours)
offering exciting opportunities to make lasting changes in the
lives of families and children in Crawford county. Family Based
Therapists work to strengthen family relationships through guided
therapeutic intervention and serve as advocates for the children
and adolescents they work with. Family Based Mental Health work
offers the opportunity to receive specialized training in
Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and the experience of
collaborating within many social service systems. The Family Based
Therapist works with a partner co-therapist and receives ample
support and supervision from their management team. $3,000 Bonus
offered with a one-year commitment Eligible for $3,000 Bonus payout
as follows: $2,000 at time of hire, $500 after completion of 60
days, and $500 after 90 days probationary period. Salary to be
discussed at time of offer. The successful candidates must: -
Utilize family systems theory and a wide variety of therapeutic and
behavioral interventions in sessions with the child/adolescent,
parents/guardians, and the family as a whole - Complete and analyze
clinical assessments of child and family system - Assess normal and
abnormal child, adolescent, and family development - Collaborate
with other service providers to support coordination of care -
Participate in a treatment team approach with clinician, partner
and supervisors - Effectively identify and implement interventions
to target symptoms of client and family - Display compassion and
creativity while addressing problematic patterns and behaviors -
Assess and conduct safety planning to address at-risk behaviors in
the home - Complete necessary clinical documentation including
treatment plans and progress notes - Requires working in the
