Master's Degree in Psychiatry,
Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation
Counseling, or related discipline -ORHave a Bachelor's degree in
related field WITH CERTIFICATION as a Mental Health Family Based
Worker.At least (2) two years of experience working within CASSP
system, or related experience with children and/or adolescents.Act
33/34 and FBI fingerprint clearances required prior to hire.Safety
Care Training to provide "hands off" crisis de escalation within 30
days of hire.In compliance with federal law, all employees must be
fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. Applicants will need
to provide proof of vaccination or those seeking exemption due to a
medical condition supported by medical documentation or a sincerely
held religious belief may submit a request for exemption to Human
Resources prior to hire.Competency with Microsoft Office and
related computer skills.Must be able to complete necessary client
documentation in timely manner.Must be able to work "on-call"
rotation and be willing to work evenings and weekends if necessary
to meet family's needs.Excellent communication, organization and
time management skills necessary.Valid PA driver's license and auto

Description:Full-time position (37.5 hours) offering exciting
opportunities to make lasting changes in the lives of families and
children in Erie and Crawford counties. - Family Based Therapists
work to strengthen family relationships through guided therapeutic
intervention and serve as advocates for the children and
adolescents they work with. - Family Based Mental Health work
offers the opportunity to receive specialized training in
Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and the experience of
collaborating within many social service systems. - The Family
Based Therapist works with a partner co-therapist and receives
ample support and supervision from their management team.
-***$5,250 Bonus offered with a one-year commitment***Eligible for
$5,250 Bonus payout as follows: - $3,000 at time of hire, -$1,125
after completion of the 60 days, and $1,125 after 90 days

- Utilize family systems theory and a wide variety of therapeutic
and behavioral interventions in sessions with the child/adolescent,
parents/guardians, and the family as a whole
- Complete and analyze clinical assessments of child and family
system
- Assess normal and abnormal child, adolescent, and family
development
- Collaborate with other service providers to support
coordination of care
- Participate in a treatment team approach with clinician,
partner and supervisors
- Effectively identify and implement interventions to target
symptoms of client and family
- Display compassion and creativity while addressing problematic
patterns and behaviors
- Assess and conduct safety planning to address at-risk behaviors
in the home
- Complete necessary clinical documentation including treatment
plans and progress notes
