so.Responsibilities:--- Influences and manages strategic security
planning and execution to achieve business goals by prioritizing
security initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment,
and management of current and future security technologies using a
risk-based assessment methodology--- Develops, coaches and mentors
a team of security specialists and fosters an environment of
continuous learning and innovation--- Implements the management
practices of assessing risk tolerance, implementing, and overseeing
appropriate security processes and fostering a security-aware
culture in a global organization--- Leads the creation,
communication, and implementation of a risk-based process for 3rd
party risk management, including the assessment and mitigation of
risks that may result from partners, consultants, and other service
providers--- Manages the Security Incident Response Team, acts as
the incident coordinator for security incidents and events to
protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property,
regulated data, and the company's reputation--- Influences and
persuades others regarding complex and/or controversial situations,
and to use good judgment in staff oversight, collaboration with
peers and policy implementation on all matters related to
cybersecurity--- Leads the execution of vulnerability assessments,
penetration tests and security audit--- Leads the selection and
implementation of new security solutions, upgrades and replacements
of information security solutions--- Manages Cyber Security budget
and adherence to budget guidelines set forth by the organization---
Monitors the external threat environment for emerging threats, and
advises relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action
and liaises with external agencies, such as law enforcement and
other advisory bodies as necessary, to ensure that the organization
maintains a strong security posture--- Collaborates with security
leaders and practitioners from other organizations to share best
practices and learnings.--- Leads due diligence and cybersecurity
integration activities for acquisitions and
divestituresQualifications:Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:Expert knowledge in IT security threats and control
strategiesKnowledgeable regarding technologies and products
relevant to information securityStrategic thinker with ability to
identify and address future opportunities and challengesSolid
analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving,
presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to
completion), & planning skillsSolid verbal and written
communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, &
reasoning)Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain
collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the
organization as well as internal and external clientsProven ability
to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and
deadline-oriented environment.Demonstrated ability to work with and
influence peers and senior managementSelf-motivated with critical
attention to detail, deadlines, and reportingAbility to travel up
to 5%Education/Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree in Information
Technology or related fieldThis position is available at two
different salary levels based on education, experience, etc:Level
1: 3 years progressive relevant experienceLevel 2: 6 years
progressive relevant experience; 2 years in a leadership
roleEducation/Experience Preferred:4 years in leadership role and 2
years leading security program
