Must have thorough knowledge of all residents and is required to work throughout the facility to perform tasks utilizing knowledge and skills.*Responsibilities: ** Directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of all nursing staff engaged in designated unit* Authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents on a designated unit* Responsible for transmitting each unit's staff concerns to the appropriate department supervisor.* Maintenance of Resident Care Plans and the overall management of resident care* Other duties as assigned*REQUIREMENTS: ** Degree from an accredited school of nursing* Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York required* Must have a minimum of one year of experience in nursing service administration.
