    Job Description
    Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Weekly approvals for all Erie Talent Solutions personnel-time and attendance
    • Obtaining Purchase Orders for all Talent Solutions within Wabtec (Formerly GE) and other clients as needed
    • Weekly or Monthly Client billing
    • Weekly collection calls
    • Weekly cost entries for all Erie Talent Solutions
    • Assist Erie Manager with employee issues
    • Weekly assist to other departments within MCPC offices: HR, Recruiting Teams and Billing.
      Skills and Attributes Required:

      • General Office management skills
      • Microsoft Office Suite
      • Business applications
      • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
        Experience and Educational Requirement:

        • High School Diploma
        • Experience with office duties and employee management
          Physical Requirements:
          The physical requirements of this job include frequent sitting with occasional walking around, carrying light objects, grasping, and reaching for things, rare stooping/crouching, clarity of vision, speaking and listening ability. The mental requirements of this job include general intelligence, motor coordination skills, coordination of hands, eyes and feet, verbal, and numerical intelligence. The workplace environmental conditions are that of a temperature controlled and clean office setting. Occasional driving to other office or Client locations.
