Job Description Seeking a Director of Occupational Health Services for a healthcare facility in Florida,--
The Director of Employee and Occupational Health leads the operations of multiple clinic sites, developing and maintaining service lines, and coordinates community outreach and client relations for Parrish E&O Health Services.

The position is responsible--for directing the success of O&E Health service offerings that support the needs of the local working community businesses and their employees. Ensures all strategic goals and objectives are met through leadership, management, and oversight of the--resources, metrics, and talent in place.Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required, Masters, preferred (HCA or Business)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience with organization-wide responsibilities.
• Comfortable supervising multiple departments for effective operations and results.
