The successful candidate will focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to decrease energy consumption and promote sustainable energy usage across various sectors. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine energy systems and architectures, ensuring that our initiatives align with environmental standards and company goals. Design and develop scalable energy efficiency programs and projects Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and ensure alignment with energy goals Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies to determine energy saving scenarios Use modeling software to simulate energy processes and optimize performance Stay abreast of technological advances in energy efficiency and integrate new technologies into existing systems Prepare detailed reports and presentations on energy project progress and outcomes for senior management Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local energy standards and regulations Advanced proficiency in energy modeling tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent project management skills Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and energy management systems Proficient in data analysis and technical reporting Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Professional Engineer (PE) – desirable
