Job Description:

Curtze Food Service, one of the nation's largest independent foodservice distribution companies, is currently seeking a Fleet Mechanic focusing on the repair and service of Fleet vehicles. The shift is Sunday - Thursday 4:30pm to 12:30am

Fleet Mechanic Job Summary - Responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles.

Fleet Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of vehicles
Perform fleet preventative maintenance
Basic wiring, lighting, and trailer repair
Respond to service calls
Pick up and deliver vehicles
Maintain tools and work areas

Knowledge, Abilities and Experience:

1 years of mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment
Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
Knowledge of shop equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills
Valid CDL Class A Driver's license preferred (will be required to obtain Class A license via on-the-job training)
Thermo King experience a plus
Compensation and Benefits - $21.00 per hour. Sunday to Thursday 4:30pm to 12:30am
