seeking a Assembler (Station Class) - 2nd Shift. The hourly rate
for this position is $18.91 .75 shift differential per hour. HOURS:
6AM - 4PM (10 hour days/4 days a week. These hours could change

you'll do: Eaton's Power Systems Division is currently seeking an
Station Class Assembler 2nd shift to join our team. This position
is based at our Olean, NY facility. The primary function of this
position is to utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform
a variety of tasks in the production of the Power Systems station
class arrestor product lines. Maintains standards of quality,
production, and safety; complies with all company policies and
works as part of a team to ensure that daily goals are met. Safety:
/n - Be responsible for following all safety policies and
procedures, complying with JSA's, wearing proper PPE, complying
with the production attire policy, and assuring that the work cell
has safe equipment and no risk is placed on their coworkers or
themselves. /n - Identify any safety issues and report immediately
to supervisor or manager. /n - Conduct general cleaning of shop
areas and personal 5S/industrial housekeeping responsibility. /n /n
Production: /n - Work under general and/or intermittent supervision
to execute all assemblies, processes, tests, and inspections
related to the production of station class arrestor product lines
according to the OMS/standard work for each operation. /n - Be
fully trained on all operations within the Station Class
Department, including, stack blocks, sulphur cement, final
assembly, pack, testing, etc. /n - Utilize tools including, hoists,
sulphur pouring equipment, various air and hand tools. Works within
the department and assists elsewhere based on production needs. /n
- Maintain quality standards consistent with the Eaton's Cooper
Power Systems Quality Policy. Visually inspects components and
products. Takes ownership of the recognition and communication of
quality issues. /n - Notify the supervisor/manager of all problems
with product or quality. /n - Work in a team environment, accepting
other duties as assigned, including flexing between work cells as
needed. /n - Perform assigned miscellaneous duties within the scope
of operations, which may not be specifically listed above. /n /n
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: /n - Must have a high school
diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution /n - No
relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only
candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the work
location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member
