JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated), a leader in the global real estate services market, is seeking a highly experienced and capable Senior Maintenance Mechanic to join our Facilities & Maintenance Department. This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of physical systems within various real properties managed by JLL. The Senior Maintenance Mechanic will tackle complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. Diagnose failures and issues, provide hands-on repair solutions, and oversee complex maintenance contracts. Collaborate with facilities management team to prioritize maintenance projects and manage schedules. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, including repairs, replacements, and inspections. Implement proactive maintenance routines that minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of facility components. Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations.
