The ideal candidate will ensure the operational integrity and high standards of all mechanical units and systems in our commercial property portfolio. This role requires a proactive and meticulous approach to maintenance, robust problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance in commercial buildings. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks. Oversee installation, operation, and repairs of HVAC systems and other mechanical components. Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance efficiency and service quality. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide detailed reports on maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and system performance. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with building management systems and preventive maintenance programs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k HVAC Certification Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) OSHA Safety Training Certification
