What You’ll Do: As the Director of Construction , you will take charge of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel, while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
