Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated full-time Maintenance/Janitorial worker to join our team at various commercial properties in the Cleveland metro area. This entry-level position involves performing a range of basic cleaning and maintenance tasks. We offer a mileage allowance and provide uniforms for our team members. The hours for this role are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary between $18 and $20 per hour. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Must be capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on a 6-foot ladder Perform tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Engage positively with property tenants Keep accurate service records Follow established safety protocols and regulations Work collaboratively with fellow team members Travel to different properties as needed throughout the work week Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience with light electrical, plumbing, or fire suppression systems is preferred Basic familiarity with mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Desired Skills Problem-solving abilities Attention to detail in all tasks Effective time management skills Good communication Certifications No certifications required, though technical certifications are a plus Employee Benefits Competitive pay of $18 - $20 per hour Health insurance Retirement savings plan available Paid time off Opportunities for professional development We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
