fresh, local dairy to families every day. Job Summary The
Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational
support to plant management to ensure efficient daily operations
and effective communication across teams. This role is responsible
for data entry, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and general
administrative tasks that support leadership in a fast-paced
environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support
for operations and HR management. Manage confidential information
with professionalism and discretion. Perform data entry and
maintain accurate operational records. Track key operational
metrics and prepare summary reports for management. Schedule
meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Maintain
organized records, files, and documentation. Identify and report
data discrepancies or issues. Assist with special projects,
tracking progress and deadlines. Support process improvement
initiatives through data collection and workflow documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve
administrative processes. Perform ad hoc administrative duties as
assigned. Qualifications: Education High school diploma or
equivalent required Associate degree preferred Experience Previous
experience in administrative support, data entry, or scheduling
Experience in an operations or production environment preferred
Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills High
attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Experience with data
tracking or time and attendance systems preferred Strong written
and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple
priorities independently Demonstrated ability to maintain
confidentiality Competencies Strong organizational and time
management skills, professionalism, proficient in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace, ability to
multi-task Working Conditions (Physical demands) Sedentary, lift
not to exceed 10 lbs., reaching overhead Pay: $23-$27/hr.* * The
salary range listed for this position represents the good faith and
reasonable minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of
posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including,
but not limited to, experience, skills, training, knowledge,
education, and overall qualifications. The posted salary range
reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other
