You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
