Job Description Job Description Assurance Supervisor Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and complete routine engagements, including reviewing engagement work papers, resolving problems, and keeping the director informed of all important developments Supervise Associates and Senior Associates, provide feedback to them and evaluate their career development Become experts in their assigned areas and specialties Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that arise and recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and clients Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field CPA or CPA candidate 4 years of experience in public accounting Efficiency in Microsoft Suite products and software including QuickBooks, Sage or SAP Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
