patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies
and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in
the workplace. /n Qualifications Education /n /n - (BSN) Bachelor's
Degree in Nursing /n /n Work Experience /n /n - 3 years progressive
clinical and management experience /n /n Knowledge, Skills, &
Abilities /n /n - Demonstrates skills in human relations, human &
material resource management. (Required proficiency) /n - Evidence
of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. (Required
proficiency) /n - Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change,
excellent communication and organizational skills. (Required
proficiency) /n - Demonstrates a professional demeanor when
responding to patients/customers. (Required proficiency) /n - Able
to handle high-pressure situations. (Required proficiency) /n -
Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and
employee needs. (Required proficiency) /n - PC and computer
applications. (Required proficiency) /n /n Licenses and
Certifications /n /n - Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi
State Compact License /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) /n -
Certification in clinical or leadership specialty (Required within
