company.----From your PASSION to oursThe Senior Accountant
Financial Reporting will be a detailed focused professional
supporting the Accounting Manager. Primarily responsible for
statutory reporting and consolidation accounting to Group and
reconciling all intercompany accounts. The position will require a
thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
as well as consolidated financial statement classification and
presentation.----From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities
for this position include:--Review general ledger entries and
identify inconsistencies with Group reporting standards.
Communicate and provide guidance on correcting inconsistencies
prior to month end close.Provide monthly reconciliation to
management of all entity trial balances from SAP to HFM by
respective segment--Responsible for the timely and accurate
reconciliation of all intercompany balances and correspondence with
affiliate representatives to achieve thisEnsure intercompany
balances are reconciled monthly across all affiliated entities and
follow up with each respective affiliate to identify and resolve
any discrepanciesProvide upper management with monthly intercompany
reporting summarizing reasons for any discrepancies including how
each will be resolvedProvide analysis for any intercompany
discrepanciesEnsure support for external audits as required and
provide a clear audit trail between internal reporting and
HFMSupport Accounting Manager in the issuance of statutory
financial results to Group monthlyAssist Finance team with
implementation of new accounting standards.Prepare and provide
analysis for balance sheet reconciliations for Corporate / Shared
Services cost centers.--Assist in the preparation of monthly Cost
Center / Profit Center reporting and explanations for any major
variances to budget.Compile, prepare and enter monthly journal
entries for the Corporate entity s general ledger into SAPSupport
and have an active role in the monthly close process.Ensure
accuracy and completeness of Group reporting package in Hyperion
Financial Management (HFM) within given deadlines.Prepare and
analyze key account reconciliations and communicate findings
clearly and accurately.Assist as needed in the annual Corporate
budget process.Assist other team members as requestedUnderstand
Group accounting standards and mapping of chart of accounts.Assist
Finance team with implementation of new accounting
standards.Provide guidance to team members and management regarding
Group accounting standards, mapping of accounts, and
compliance.Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment

applicants will contribute the following:--Education & ExperienceBS
or BA in Accounting--HFM consolidation tool experience (strongly
preferred)3 or more years with accounting and financial reporting
experience / 2 years of public accounting preferredExperience and
knowledge of intercompany workings--Experience in Food Industry
preferred--Skills & Specialized KnowledgeFinancial Consolidating
Reporting IFRS, US GAAP--Intercompany eliminations and
reconciliationsAdvanced MS Excel and office required. Knowledge of
SAP, Spreadsheet Server, and SAP Business Intelligence a
plusAbility to independently manage multiple tasks, work under
pressure, and meet deadlines--Strong written and verbal
