Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Welder job in Wellington, OH. This position is a temporary to hire job opportunity. Responsibilities for this Welder job include:

Experience and expertise with MIG welding.

Experience and expertise with TIG welding.

Ability to read blueprints and follow instruction.

Ability to work independently on projects from start to finish.

Must be able to fabricate projects using a variety of metals and techniques with professional results.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency a must.

At least 5 years of similar and relevant experience.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Must be dependable and enthusiastic about the work. Potential exists to grow with this company.

10 hour shifts are the norm and weekend overtime is possible. Candidate must be flexible in regard to scheduling.

Welding test required by client.

Drug screen and background checks will be required.

We have openings on Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime on Friday and Saturday is probable.

Pay for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr plus overtime as needed. Pay rate will be determined by skill and experience. This is a temp-to-hire position.
